EN240 - Introduction to Film Studies

A general survey course designed to encourage awareness and appreciation of film as an art form. Areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to film history, genre study, major movements, and schools, Hollywood, and adaptation. (Offered alternate years.) This course satisfies the general education (SLO #2) requirement.
