Human Resource Management

Minor Requirements

The Human Resource Management minor is designed to help students develop competencies to be supervisors and frontline managers in the human resource area. Graduates with a minor in Human Resource Management may find various positions including human resource assistants, benefits specialist, training specialist, compensation analyst, and recruiter. 

Minor Requirements 

  1. A total of 18 credit hours 

  1. The required HR and Management courses listed below (15 credit hours) 

  1. The Legal Studies required course listed below (3 credit hours).
