In this course, students examine the character and importance of the marketing process, its essential functions, and the institutions exercising these functions. Students will be required to become familiar with relevant research in the field. Through various casework and problem- solving exercises, students will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the social, economic, and political implications of various marketing philosophies.
